Brothers and Sisters, the link attached is a summary of the Union's proposals regarding the transition from the old weapon system to the new one, along with the Company's responses. We share this with hopes of restoring faith in your Union Negotiation team and showing our members what we actually proposed vs the Company's leniency (Spoiler: they had none). DO NOT FORGET: MAY 21st is the Members Meeting where we will discuss more in depth on how these negotiations went, AND where members will get the opportunity to speak up and ask questions!
