We were advised last week by Constellis of an upcoming enhancement that will simplify access to employee benefits resources by reducing the number of usernames and passwords employees need to manage.

Beginning May 27, employees accessing the Benefitplace employee benefits website will begin using the same login credentials currently used for their VOYA 401(k) account.

After this transition date, employees' existing Benefitplace username and passwords will no longer be active.

To access Benefitplace after the transition:

-Navigate to the Benefitplace website

-Select “Employee and Member”

-Enter your existing VOYA username and password credentials

-Complete the authentication process, if prompted, to access your employee benefits information.

Employees will use their VOYA credentials moving forward for both systems.

Instructions and additional information will be forwarded to employees' personal email addresses from Centerra-SRS_Benefits@srs.gov and communicated in an Employee Bulletin.

The Benefits Team is here to provide assistance as we work to improve the employee experience and streamline benefit system access.  This change will not be available until May 27.
